Ability to Schedule a Text + Automated Text Reminder for Calendar Activity Types

Hi Crelate!

We utilize Crelate’s native texting feature and enjoy many elements of it. One area for improvement would be the ability to send a text at a future time and, ideally, the ability to set up an automated text based on calendar activities within Crelate.

For example, say I’ve spoken to a candidate to schedule an interview. The first thing I do afterwards is send them an interview confirmation email, and then I schedule an “Interview” activity in Crelate for them. What I would LOVE to see is the option in the activity (either as a default, or a check box to select when you create it) to have a reminder text go out a set time period before the IV (24 hours, 1 hour, etc.).

The above being triggered automatically based on the activity or checking a box would be ideal, but the next best option would be the ability to schedule the text yourself. So, after sending the IV confirmation, if I could pull open the texting app and enter a templated message and select a send time manually for an hour before, that would be great as well.
