Add Timer to Emails

We would like to have the ability to add a delay or timer to an automatic email. For example, we have an auto-email that is sent to candidates that are moved to the "no" part of our workflow. It would be ideal to set a delay so when we move them, the email is not sent out until 1 or 2 hours later. We don't want to get off the phone with a candidate and then 2 min later they get an email saying "sorry, we are no longer interested". Thanks!
