Adding Different Opporunity Types From Company

When you create a new job or opportunity from the company record directly, via the “Recruit” section, it will only create the first available opportunity type from our options. So if we have 3 available opportunity types of “Job Type A”, “Job Type B”, and “Job Type C”, it will always create a “Job Type A” by default, and will not let me select one of the other two when initiating from the company.

This combined with not being able to change a job type after it is created makes using the company for job creation completely unavailable as an option for most people.

Could this be fixed to let us select which type of opportunity we want to add?
