Bulk Imports for Leads/Lead Records/Creating Leads

When doing bulk imports and focusing on Leads (business development) you cannot import the Lead name as the Company.  The bulk import only allows it to come in as a contact.  Our Leads are always named after the Company not a particular contact at that Company.  Please add the ability to bulk imports Leads with the Company name being the Lead name and also allow you to associate bulk contacts to that Lead and company name. Making this change would also coincide with how you all currently have the Lead form.  Currently, if you bring in a Contact to a Lead form and have not yet “named” the Lead form, it auto populates the Lead name as the contacts company name.  But then the system will only let you bulk import contacts and not automatically call the Lead the contacts Company but calls the Lead the Contacts actual name.  Thus, please allow for bulk importing of Leads as companies and bulk importing of Contacts so you can relate multiple Sales/Client contacts to the new Company Lead.

For new Leads in Sales the system does not allow you to have more than one Sales/Client contact in the Lead record.  There is no logical reason for this since in the Contact records Company records you can have an infinite amount of Sales/Client contacts for a Company. Please allow for unlimited Sales/Client contacts in the Lead record.  Why limit it to one?  Why make you choose one as Primary?  Allow you to choose one as primary but don’t force it.

Please allow the ability to create a new Lead straight from the Company record or from a Contact record.
