Chrome Extenstion is super glitchy

We’ve made sure our computers are up to date, updated chrome, etc. and uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, but we are still running into issues where parising isn’t happening (specifically noticing it in Name field, title and company, and location). We’ve also been having issues where occasionally contacts have no parse button, only a ‘save’ button even when we know they are a new contact and are trying to click ‘parse’ and then add as a new contact. Refreshing the page does not get the parse button back either.
