Company Phone in Recruit Workflow and Preview

You can only see the contacts immediate phone numbers as column options in the recruiting workflow, but it would be helpful to have a column option for their company phone number for the regular times that we need to dial into the company to recruit individuals.

Secondly, it would be helpful to have this number (and all numbers for that matter) work as click to dial numbers out of the column, or have multiple options in the right preview window besides the Primary phone number on the contact. See attached screenshot for reference to the one available option for quickly dialing from the preview.
