Converting resumes from PDF to Word format

Hi there,

I’m a new Crelate user and wondering when you use Resume Toolbox whether a feature could be added enabling users to convert the redacted resume version from PDF format to Word? I’d rather a resume not have the black marks since we work with designers and other creatives who are presenting their resume as a polished, creative sample of sorts. But we often have to omit contact info if a client asks. As such, would be nice to be able to just delete those harsh looking fields versus just covering them. Also sometimes a client asks us to add a job number to the top of resumes.
