Job Title as Column Option in Contacts View

When running a search in Contacts, there is an option to add a column for “Current Position,” but no option for “Job Title”. “Current Position” is not a sortable column, whereas “Job Title” is.

We would like to be able to utilize this field to filter down to only candidates we have as actively available (which we do via Tags) and then sort it by job titles. This provides a good view for recruiters and sales people to review occasionally to make sure that they are not missing out on utilizing a candidate because their job title might be a little off the beaten path.

This seems like a bug to me, since Job Title is available as a column in the search view. Thank you in advance for reviewing!
