Parser should correct UPPERCASE First Name Last Name

Please consider tweaking your parser technology to evaluate First Name / Last Name fields and for any candidate resume that is parsed where their name is all UPPERCASE on their resume, the parser changes it to first letter UPPERCASE only.

Example: Parsing BRETT MOSES would appear as Brett Moses in the First Name / Last Name fields. 

JUSTIFICATION: If the First Name is saved as all UPPERCASE (candidates make their names UPPERCASE all the time on resumes), then any auto correspondance to them will show their name in all UPPERCASE. It looks unprofessional.
