Primary Resume Update through Chrome Extension

“If I update a profile via the Chrome Extension, the NEW resume it grabs should be marked as Primary automatically”

1. This feels pretty simple.

2. I thought we had an option to do this, like a check box. If not a simple check box that says “Replace Primary if one already exists” here
