Reply to feedback in Client Portal
It would be nice to be able to reply directly to feedback received in the client portal. Often my clients will provide feedback and also ask a question but then I have to send an email to reply to them.
Merged Comment: I see others have noted that sometimes within the feedback, a client also asks a question, which then necessitates an email outside of the portal to answer said question. It would be great to have some form of communication interface within the portal so the client and recruiting team can communicate back and forth without even having to provide feedback or rating the candidate. It should function much like tasks do within Crelate, where someone can task a colleague with questions. That way when clients have questions about a candidate that will impact their decision regarding how they rate a candidate or if they move them forward, they can do so within the platform rather than having an email exchange back and forth, then requiring them to go back to the portal link to drop in feedback.
Also, I imagine most are using the Client Portal to capture feedback from clients who are reviewing submitted candidates. It would be great to have two methods to receive feedback: feedback on a newly submitted candidate, as well as feedback following interviews.
