<p>We need to have more control over how the submittals work.  I understand this is a "Crelate Special Activity" but it doesn't make sense that we can't control how it's used which is causes us to have inaccurate reports.  </p><p>Example: We have account managers that submit candidates over to our customers (recruiters don't submit their own candidates), so the Submittal activity will be associated with the Account Manager and NOT the Recruiter for the activity.  </p>
