Chrome Extension: When you select [ ▣ Generate PDF ] in the Google Chrome Add-On while on a LI profile, have the Crelate [Document Name] be "LinkedIn Profile" NOT "Resume"
Situation: When using the Crelate Google Chrome Add-On to import a person’s LinkedIn profile into Crelate for Candidate OR Contact record, it defaults the Document Type as “Resume.”
Feature Request: If the user has created a Document Type in Crelate called “LinkedIn Profile,” and they go to Google Chrome to Import a LinkedIn Profile and check:
▣ Generate PDF Resume
…that by default, the Document Type for the imported PDF version of the LinkedIn profile defaults to “LinkedIn Profile.”
I have hundreds of Candidates AND Contacts with their LinkedIn Profile (in PDF) attached to their records and labeled as “Resume.” It’s confusing. The Chrome Add-On is FOR LinkedIn so why not have it properly default the imported PDF profile to it’s proper Document Type name?
Please consider this feature request for future Crelate Updates.
From merged item: When you add a LI Profile into Crelate using the Crelate LI Add-on, LinkedIn Profile are imported and added as a 'Document' but labeled "Resume." Please please PLEASE update your LI Add-on to Import as a document named LinkedIn Profile! This gets so confusing when you’re looking at a Candidates documents; you think you have their resume and it’s not.
